You require urgent assistance outside our regular business hour, you are on our Managed Service plan. You call us and our after hours technician helps you out. It takes 1.25 hrs to resolve your issue. 

  • 1.25 hrs x After Hours Support = $356.25
  • Total: $356.25 ex gst

You need help with a prioirty task that is prioritised lower then you require. An approver asks for an Emergency Upgrade. You are on our Managed Service plan.

  • 0.75 hrs x Remote Support = Covered under MSA
  • 1 x Emergency Upgrade = $237.50
  • Total: $237.50
