Here are some of our favorite shortcuts that we use daily. With just a few less clicks, you’ll find your workflow becoming more efficient and productive!
Shortcut Spotlight: Windows + V
Are you tired of losing copied text or juggling multiple snippets? Unlock your clipboard history with Windows + V — a game-changing shortcut for productivity!
What It Does:
- Opens a list of your recent copied items (text, images, links).
- Lets you paste, pin, or delete clipboard entries.
- Syncs across devices (if enabled)!
How to Turn It On:
- Go to Settings > System > Clipboard.
- Toggle Clipboard history to On.
No more re-copying. Just press, pick, and paste!
Other Useful Shortcuts
Windows + S: Open Search
Open the search bar to quickly find files, apps, or settings on your PC. This is a great way to locate what you need without digging through folders.
Windows + Arrow Keys: Snap Windows
Snap your active window to different parts of the screen. Use this shortcut to organize your workspace by arranging multiple windows side by side.

Windows + Ctrl + F4: Close the Current Virtual Desktop
Close the virtual desktop you are currently using. This is handy for cleaning up your workspace when you no longer need a separate desktop.
