IT Support for Accountants Brisbane
Secure, reliable managed IT for Brisbane accounting and advisory practices.
Accounting firms work with tax file numbers, financial records and sensitive client data while relying on cloud applications and government portals every day. Your systems need to stay available, secure and properly managed throughout the year - especially when deadlines tighten.
Built for the way your business works
IT that supports accounting workflows, not just computers
Tax and reporting periods leave little tolerance for outages, unreliable access or unresolved integrations. Your team needs secure access to Microsoft 365, accounting applications, document systems and ATO services without creating unnecessary friction.
Connected Platforms manages the surrounding environment - identity, devices, networks, Microsoft 365, security, backup and vendor coordination - so your applications and people can work as one reliable system.

What does IT support for an accounting practice cost?
Per-seat pricing, based on the number of users and devices. See our pricing page for the full structure, or call 07 3062 6932 for a specific estimate.
Can you support our accounting software?
We manage the environment around your accounting applications -- devices, network, Microsoft 365 and the integrations between them. We coordinate with MYOB, Xero and other vendors when there are access or integration issues. We don't develop or customise accounting software.
What happens if something goes wrong during tax season?
Same-day response for critical issues. We know accounting practices have hard deadlines and we treat them that way. We also help clients build continuity plans so there's a documented fallback if something critical fails at a bad time.
How do you secure ATO portal access?
Multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access and device management (Intune) ensure ATO portal access only works from managed, authenticated devices. We document the configuration so you can demonstrate appropriate controls if required by the ATO or your professional indemnity insurer.
How long does transitioning to CP take?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks for a practice your size. We audit the existing environment, plan the transition and run parallel with your current setup until everything is confirmed stable. We coordinate the exit from your previous provider.
