Managed IT services for Brisbane businesses
One local team for support, Microsoft 365, security, backups, vendors and technology planning.
Connected Platforms gives Brisbane and South East Queensland businesses with 10 to 100 staff one accountable team for everyday support, Microsoft 365, security and longer-term planning. That means fewer recurring interruptions, clearer ownership and a predictable monthly service.

Move beyond reactive IT support
Good managed IT should do more than close tickets. We look after the systems behind the work, reduce repeat problems and give your team a clear place to go whenever something needs attention.
One managed IT service
The everyday essentials work better together, so support, security, Microsoft 365 and planning are managed as one service rather than split across confusing tiers.
Monitoring and maintenance
Monitoring, operating-system updates, approved third-party patching and routine maintenance across supported systems.
Brisbane-based helpdesk
Remote support from a local team, with onsite support available at included service locations.
Security and endpoint protection
Endpoint protection, email security, identity controls, multi-factor authentication and security awareness are part of the service.
Microsoft 365 management
Licensing, administration, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Microsoft 365 security settings managed as one environment.
Cloud and infrastructure
Day-to-day management of supported servers, networks, cloud services and the vendors connected to them.
Backup oversight and recovery planning
Backup monitoring, documented responsibilities and recovery planning for the services included in the agreement.
Built for businesses that need IT to stay out of the way
The service works best when reliable technology matters, but building a large internal IT department does not make sense.
A strong fit
Businesses with 10 to 100 staff that rely on technology every day and want one accountable team across support, security and planning.
Where another model may suit better
Businesses that only need occasional ad-hoc help, or organisations with an established internal IT team that already owns the full environment.
From first call to onboarding
Most businesses can move into the service over four to six weeks. We keep the work structured and visible so staff know what is changing and nothing important is lost in the handover.
1
Discovery call
We discuss the current environment, recurring problems and what the business expects from its IT provider.
2
IT assessment
We document hardware, software, licences, access, security controls and gaps that need attention.
3
Proposal and agreement
The proposal confirms user numbers, service scope, onboarding work and any separately approved items.
4
Structured onboarding
We collect access, document the environment, brief staff and complete the handover before normal support begins.
A broad service with clear boundaries
Most day-to-day IT work sits inside the monthly service. Larger projects and one-off costs are identified early, explained clearly and approved before they proceed.
Included day to day
Helpdesk support, monitoring, Microsoft 365 administration, selected security controls, backup oversight, vendor coordination and technology planning within the agreed scope.
Planned and quoted separately
Onboarding, inherited remediation, projects, hardware, extra licences, formal audits, custom integrations and work outside the agreed service hours.
Published managed IT pricing
The current managed-service rate is $310 per supported user each month. Onboarding is quoted separately, typically around $4,400 depending on complexity.
10 supported users
$3,100 per month
25 supported users
$7,750 per month
40 supported users
$12,400 per month
Common questions
Useful details to know before you compare providers.
What is included in the monthly fee?
The agreement covers the selected managed users, service locations and services. The inclusions page explains the standard scope, while your proposal confirms the exact quantities and any separately approved work.
Do you provide onsite support?
Yes. Onsite support is available at included service locations where the issue cannot be resolved remotely or onsite work is the sensible option.
Is there a long lock-in period?
The current agreement allows either party to end the service with at least 30 days written notice. Approved work, hardware and third-party commitments already incurred remain payable.
How long does onboarding take?
A typical handover takes four to six weeks. Timing depends on the outgoing provider, available documentation, access and any urgent remediation.
